Starting with a deep, nourishing slow flow practice to get you out of the head & into ya body ~ paired with a DEEEEP meditation. This meditation is not your average sit & zen. These meditations are based of REAL life lessons you can actually apply to your every day life. Because I know how it feels to sit with beautiful ideas & then struggle to actually implement them in my life. This 60min flow & meditation experience is not designed to change the way you feel for 60mins it’s designed to change the way you connect to yourself, to others and how you move through life from this point on… AND what better way to finish off this nourishing morning with a cafe cuppa coffee, matcha, tea whatever you feel like ~ all made on site for you! CANCELLATION POLICY, DISCLAIMER, WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY By signing up for this Slow Flow & Sip class, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read carefully to help us create a safe, relaxed and positive experience for everyone involved. PARTICIPATION & RESPONSIBILITY This is a movement-based class involving gentle physical activity, breathwork, meditation and group connection. By attending, you accept full responsibility for your own body, health and wellbeing throughout the session. Please listen to your body, move at your own pace, modify when needed and rest whenever you need to. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please inform your instructor before class. By attending, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are physically and mentally fit to do so. You agree to release the facilitators, collaborators, venue and all affiliated parties from any liability for injury, illness, loss or damages that may occur during or after the event. CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, missed classes, or inability to attend. If you’re unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Transfers or credits are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion. No-shows will still be charged in full. WHAT TO BRING Bring a yoga mat, water, mug (for your sip) and anything you need to feel comfortable and supported. Wear clothes you can move and relax in. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY Photos or short videos may be taken during the event to capture the atmosphere and promote future classes. By attending, you consent to being included in this content unless you let the facilitator know prior to class starting. We fully respect your choice - just let us know beforehand and we’ll ensure you’re not included. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES This is more than a class ~ it’s a community. We share a post-flow coffee/tea/matcha together as part of the experience. By attending, you accept responsibility for your own dietary needs and choices. Come with an open heart and an open mind.
