Cancellation Policy
1. Participation I understand this Event includes meditation, mindfulness, women's circle activities, head massage, permanent jewellery, and jewellery customisation. I participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for my physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing before, during, and after the Event. 2. Health I confirm I am fit to participate and will advise the facilitators of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or skin sensitivities. I understand I may stop or modify my participation at any time. 3. Head Massage I understand the head massage is for relaxation only and is not medical or therapeutic treatment. I consent to appropriate touch and may decline or stop the massage at any time. 4. Permanent Jewellery I understand my ticket includes one Sterling Silver Permanent Bracelet, with optional upgrades available for purchase. I acknowledge that permanent jewellery is custom fitted and welded using specialised equipment and that minor risks, including skin irritation, burns, allergic reactions, or accidental damage to clothing or belongings, may occur. I agree to follow all safety instructions. 5. Jewellery Care I understand permanent jewellery may stretch, snag, or break through normal wear or accidental impact. Bhana Body and Anchored Co. Jewellery are not responsible for loss, damage, or breakage after the Event. Repairs or re-welding are subject to Anchored Co. Jewellery's policies. 6. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Bhana Body, Anchored Co. Jewellery, all facilitators, assistants, contractors, and the venue from liability for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, emotional distress, loss, or property damage arising from my participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. 7. Media Consent I understand photos and videos may be taken during the Event and may be used by Bhana Body and Anchored Co. Jewellery for promotional purposes unless I notify Bhana Body in writing before the Event. 8. Cancellation Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval from Bhana Body. 9. Agreement By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this Event, I confirm I have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver, Disclaimer & Release of Liability and accept full responsibility for my participation.
