Please note that class starts at 9:00 AM Sydney time ~ so set your reminders accordingly! This 1hr Beach Pilates class is all about a slow but spicy movement that feels gooood. Expect lengthening, strengthening and breath-led flow - perfect for all levels! PLUS stay for some post flow hangs at local markets, cafes & dips in the ocean! (post flow hangs TBC on the day) WHEN: Saturday's TIME: 9am LOCATION: Garden Bay Beach Park WHAT TO BRING: - A mat or towel - Water - Layers if it’s chilly or bitta sun protection if she’s hot - Ya swimmers for a much deserved post flow dip Come for a burnnn, stay for a dip and a good ol' yap! See ya on the grass with a gorgeous view!

Disclaimer, Waiver & Policy By signing up for this class, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read carefully to help us create a safe, relaxed, and positive experience for everyone involved. Participation & Responsibility This is an outdoor movement-based event involving physical activity, potential time on uneven terrain (sand, grass etc.), and social connection. As such, you accept full responsibility for your own body, health, and wellbeing throughout the session. Please tune into your body, modify where needed, rest when you need to, and honour your own pace. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please let your instructor know before class. By attending, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are physically and mentally fit to do so. You agree to release the facilitators, collaborators, venue partners, and all affiliated parties from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damages incurred during or after the event. Outdoor Conditions This class takes place outside in a natural beach environment, and you acknowledge that elements such as weather, wind, uneven surfaces, and other natural conditions are outside of the facilitator’s control. You agree to participate mindfully and take care of your own comfort and safety. Cancellations & Weather This class is non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the facilitator due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If the class is cancelled, you will be notified at least 2 hours in advance, and an alternative date or credit will be offered. If you’re unable to attend, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your booking may be credited or transferred to a future session. No-shows or late cancellations cannot be credited or refunded. What to Bring Bring a towel or yoga mat, water, sun protection, and comfy clothes you can move freely in. Optional: light layers for warmth after the session and anything you'd like for the post-flow hang. Social Media & Photography Photos or short videos may be taken during the event to share the vibe and promote future offerings. By attending, you agree to be included in this content unless you let the facilitator know before the class begins. We absolutely respect your choice - just have a quiet word beforehand and we’ll make sure you’re not photographed or filmed.
